Rheodyne manual sample injectors are available for micro, analytical, and preparative scale analyses. Sample injectors are grouped depending on the sample volume to be loaded onto the column:

Scale Sample Volume

• Micro: 2 µL to 500 µL
• Analytical: 1.0 µL to 5.0 mL
• Preparative: 100 µL to 10 mL

Types and Capabilities
Dual Mode: Dual mode injectors (models ending in -25), also termed front loading injectors, can use both the partial-filling and complete-filling method for loading the sample loop. They are variable volume injectors because they allow the loading of various sample volumes.

Single Mode: Single mode injectors (models ending in -10) use only the complete-filling method for loading the sample. The sample loop size determines the volume to be injected onto the column.
