Description
TitanHT™ by Rheodyne is the next generation of high performance valve technology from IDEX Health and Science. This innovative new series of highly versatile multi-position valves is designed for the needs of very high pressure, Fast Chromatography applications as well as demanding nano-scale and semi-preparative applications. TitanHT represents the culmination of over 30 years of superior engineering knowledge and innovation, offering the OEM market unparalleled value and uncompromising quality in high-pressure valve technology.

Fast Chromatography and More: TitanHT was designed with the needs of Fast Chromatography in mind. This platform is equipped with a highly durable advanced polymer actuator capable of millions of actuations. In addition to Fast Chromatography, this platform is also well-suited to the needs of actuation performance required for nano-scale, timed injection and semi-preparative applications.

Rapid Replacement Pods: TitanHT incorporates Rheodyne's unique Rapid Replacement Pod design. The Pod is a self-contained complete liquid-end with factory assembled and tested components. Replacement liquid-end Pods may be purchased separately and used in rapid field replacement for zero-downtime maintenance. Rapid Replacement Pods can also support a refurbish and replacement cycle for OEMs during initial and extended customer warranties and service contracts.

Configuration and Maintenance Flexibility: TitanHT valves are available with 2-Position and multi-position liquid end designs. Actuators are available for separate sale to support OEM configuration flexibility with separate sale Rapid Replacement Pods. Traditional Rheodyne RheBuild® Kits and genuine Rheodyne components are also offered for liquid-end maintenance.

Rheodyne Quality: TitanHT acutators utilize optoelectric encoders to ensure precise valve positioning.

Fast Chromatography (15,000+ psi/1034+ bar) valves feature Rheodyne's proprietary UltraLife™ and UltraLife II™ wear surfaces for superior lifetime and performance. OEM's will also find Rheodyne's Make-Before-Break® (MBB) technology available on TitanHT. MBB features reduce pressure transients during valve actuation, extending column life, overall system performance and reliability.

Driver Board Available: Rheodyne eliminates the need for internal OEM PC board and firmware development by offering a specially designed PCB for motor drive and valve control. Supporting the need to reduce OEM time-to-market, this (separate sale) PCB integrates seamlessly, only requiring 24V DC power and BCD signals for random access actuation with position feedback. Multiple serial communications options and capability are also present in the new TitanHT PCB. These serial options include RS-232, I2C and UART. The Titan Demo Kit (part number 7770-052) can support initial testing and breadboard design with control cable, power adaptor and power supply.

MX Series II Compatible: The new MX Series II line of modular valves features TitanHT along with other Titan valve platforms. Standard configurations are listed below. Custom labeling and fluidic configurations for OEM's are available upon request.
