TitanHT™ High-Pressure Valves with Interchangeable Liquid Ends
Rheodyne's TitanHT high-pressure valve is designed with interchangeable liquid ends (Pods) for flow path flexibility to accommodate a wide range of applications including nanoscale and very-high-pressure (VHP) applications.

The Pod design facilitates easy field maintenance. The Pod can be purchased separately and replaced as a unit, or the Rheodyne RheBuild® kit can be used for replacing the liquid-end component. The actuator incorporates advanced composite polymers, allowing TitanHT valves to be actuated without maintenance during their lifetime.

The PCB for motor drive and valve control integrates into the instrument with 24 VDC power and 4-line BCD signals for random access actuation with position feedback. Learn more about product details.

TitanHP™ Innovative High-Pressure Multiposition Switching Valves
Rheodyne announced the availability of the first set of an innovative family of high-pressure multiposition switching valves for instrument manufacturers. The new valves, marketed under the trade name TitanHP, are currently available in 6- and 10-port variations in stainless steel or PEEK. TitanHP valves now provide high-pressure multiposition capability with the flexibility of interchangeable liquid ends. TitanHP valves can be easily converted from 6- to 10-port or vice versa thus reducing a manufacturer’s inventory costs. In addition, liquid end replacement greatly simplifies field service.

TitanHP’s 6- and 10-port variations use a remarkably small universal driver assembly. This allows changing from 6-ports to 10-ports simply by switching liquid ends. Their available integrated stepper motor driver and valve controller board helps speed OEMs to market. And, a high torque rating offers OEMs more liquid end design options.

TitanHP valves share a common platform with Rheodyne’s low-pressure TitanEX valves providing OEMs with both high- and low-pressure options with the same mounting pattern. The currently released TitanHP valves are rated at 5,000 psi and 30,000 duty-cycles. Learn more about product details.
